GuGeDev开发者账号指南How to Enab…团队协作与核验@google898If Google Play open testing will not start, you cannot find the entry point, or a purchased account has login problems, sign in to Play Console rather than copying generic steps from search results. Open the current app’s “Publishing overview” and “Policy status,” then record any outstanding tasks, the complete error message, when it occurred, and the app package name. At the same time, confirm that the account selected at the top of the screen has permission to manage the relevant app and testing track. If the account holder is incorrect, subsequent settings may be applied to the wrong app or within the wrong permissions. After confirming the app and account, go to the app’s Testing section and select Open testing. Internal testing is intended for designated members of your team, closed testing is limited to a controlled tester list or Google Group, and open testing is available to eligible users;
the exact options shown depend on the current interface. For open testing, check the tester build, tester audience, opt-in link, and track status item by item. Merely creating a testing track does not mean the configuration is complete. The requirement most often confused with open testing is the closed testing requirement that may apply before production release. For personal developer accounts created after November 13, 2023, Google requires completed closed testing before an app is released to all users. However, the same tasks do not necessarily appear for every account or at every stage. Whether the requirement applies, along with the required number of testers, duration, and other conditions, should be confirmed in the account’s current Publishing overview. Having open testing available does not automatically satisfy a separate closed testing task listed in the dashboard. Do not treat community claims such as “about 12 testers for around 14 consecutive days” as a fixed rule. Follow the conditions actually displayed in Play Console: prepare genuine testers, publish the corresponding tester build, confirm that installation and opt-in work, and retain test records. If the dashboard requires additional engagement metrics, complete them as instructed. Closed testing must be carried out through the official process with real participation;
there is no compliant way to skip it, and claims from third parties that testing can be waived or its status changed directly should not be used as an operational basis. When purchasing a Google developer account, verify the account type in both the seller’s description and the actual dashboard. Personal and organization accounts are not interchangeable. An organization account is intended for a company or institutional entity, allows the organization’s name to appear on the store, and permits members to be invited to help manage Play Console. Creating an organization account requires valid supporting documents in accordance with the dashboard requirements. Required evidence may vary by region and entity type, so also confirm whether the account is already linked to an app, whether organization verification is complete, and how existing member permissions will be handled. The seller term commonly called a “white package” usually indicates only that an organization account is not linked to an app already listed on the store;
it does not establish the identity or verification status of the account. Keep Google Play’s official registration fee separate from any quote provided by online customer service or Telegram sellers. Registering for Play Console requires a one-time registration fee, which is commonly published as approximately USD 25 and is not an annual membership fee. The payment currency, actual amount, and total due shown on the registration page should be confirmed at checkout. If customer service provides a different quote, ask whether it covers the account itself, a registration service, organization verification, or another service, and compare each item with Google’s official payment page and written terms. A verbal amount from customer service cannot replace the official fee information. Before submitting or publishing, check each item in Play Console: make sure you are signed in as the account owner or an authorized member;
confirm that the app content and store listing belong to the same entity; resolve all outstanding policy and publishing tasks;
verify that the target testing track is enabled and its tester build is available; confirm that the testers and opt-in link are active;
and check that member permissions are correct. Return to the Publishing overview afterward to verify the status. If it has not updated, wait as directed instead of repeatedly submitting. If a new error appears, change only the app, version, testing, or listing item directly related to that error, and retain the new exact page message, occurrence time, and a screenshot.
