GuGeDev苹果开发者指南香港 · Hong Kong A…App Store · 会员与交付@google898If registration fails, an uploaded app cannot be found, or the review page shows pending tasks, first determine which portal you need to check. Sign in to developer.apple.com account to review membership, teams, certificates, identifiers, and provisioning profiles. Sign in to appstoreconnect.apple.com to review app records, builds, TestFlight, store listing information, agreements, and review status. Before taking action, save the exact error message, when it occurred, and the email address currently signed in to avoid confusing account issues with publishing issues. Whether to choose an individual or organization account should be based on the applicant's legal entity, not on the word "Hong Kong" or the team name displayed on the page. Individual enrollment uses the applicant's own identity and publicly available contact information. Organization enrollment should use the legal details of the relevant organization and, as required on the enrollment page, provide a D-U-N-S number, company website domain, telephone number, and a contact authorized to represent the company. A Hong Kong company should use the organization enrollment path. Individual and organization accounts may differ in team name, permission scope, and responsible entity, so follow the exact official requirements displayed after signing in. When you encounter an "Apple Developer account purchase" or an "Apple Developer account in stock" listing, first establish whether the seller is offering a self-registered account, an existing account, or a transfer of the official Account Holder role. The official process is either to complete Apple Developer Program enrollment yourself or to have the existing Account Holder initiate a handover through "Transfer the Account Holder role" under Account Help. A verbal promise from a third party does not mean the transfer has been completed in the official account. The amount shown on Apple's Membership Fee page represents Apple's official fee information. A figure quoted by online customer service must be listed separately as a third-party service fee and must not be presented as Apple's official price. When verifying account delivery, review the following items individually in the Apple Developer portal: membership status and expiration date, team name and entity name, Account Holder email address, member list and roles, certificates, identifiers, and provisioning profiles. The recipient should sign in using an email address they control and check for any pending role acceptance or access invitation. Receiving only a password, screenshots, or exported files does not mean that ownership and permissions have been transferred. If the identity of a member or the source of a certificate or provisioning profile is unclear, pause any new publishing activity and verify it through Apple's official support channel. When verifying app delivery, continue to App Store Connect. Check whether the target app exists, whether its name and Bundle ID correspond correctly, whether the build has been processed and associated with the correct version, and whether TestFlight groups and testers have been configured. Then review the store listing information, privacy details, age rating, agreements, and pending review tasks. A successful upload only means that the build has entered processing;
it does not mean the app is ready for submission. If the target app does not exist in your account, screenshots from another account cannot substitute for the actual app record. For organizational changes or transfers, distinguish between two actions. An Account Holder role transfer handles changes to account administration and permissions, while an app transfer moves a specific app into another team. Both operations must be initiated by an authorized Account Holder on the corresponding official page, with the recipient's acceptance, required agreements, and confirmation from both parties completed as instructed. Before and after the handover, sign in and check the new holder's permissions, the former holder's access status, and the target app's ownership. Completing a role transfer alone does not mean that an app has also been transferred. Before submission, perform another release check: confirm that the membership remains active, the operator's role permits the current action, the app record matches its App ID and capability configuration, the provisioning profile is usable, and the selected build number matches the version. Also resolve any outstanding agreements, privacy details, store listing information, and review tasks. If the current workflow or testing setup requires closed testing, complete it according to the actual requirements rather than bypassing review to speed up the process. After submitting, return to the account and app pages to verify the actual status, the version awaiting review, and any build feedback, then record the date and result. Identity and entity documents must be truthful and consistent;
they must not be purchased or forged. Need help choosing an account or verifying the handover? Contact Telegram @google898.
