"App Store Connect registration" often gets used for three different jobs: enrolling in the Apple Developer Program, creating an app record in App Store Connect, or fixing access after an agreement or role change. It is not one form;

it is a sequence of account, legal, and app-record checks. Before you touch anything, save the exact error text and timestamp, then open the Apple Developer account page first—not the app dashboard. Are you trying to enroll, add an app, or resolve a role agreement error?

That answer decides which console page you should check first. The individual vs organization boundary is where most checklists blur. An individual enrollment uses your legal name and identity verification;

an organization enrollment needs a legal entity, a D-U-N-S number tied to that entity, and someone with authority to bind the organization. Do not treat a personal Apple ID as an organization account just because it can sign in. Does the legal entity name on your D-U-N-S record match the name you will enter in the enrollment exactly?

If not, stop and correct the entity data before you submit documents;

forged or mismatched paperwork will not survive verification. Work in a safe order: account eligibility and identity verification → program agreements → roles in App Store Connect → app record → TestFlight or submission → review replies. Changing an app record before roles and agreements are clean usually creates a second problem. Which role does App Store Connect show for the Apple ID you are signed in with?

If you cannot see Users and Access or the app, fix that access first instead of asking a colleague to "just submit it";

if the Account Holder is unavailable, use the official role-transfer path rather than sharing passwords. Once membership is active, App Store Connect registration for the app itself is mostly record hygiene. The bundle ID must match your Xcode target and provisioning setup, the SKU is your internal inventory label, and the primary language affects metadata defaults. Easy-to-confuse boundaries: Apple Developer App ID is not the same as the App Store Connect app record, and SKU is not a public identifier. Does the bundle ID in App Store Connect match the one in your Xcode project and provisioning profile?

If not, resolve that before you upload a build, because the bundle ID is a commitment, not a label you can casually rename later. Organization teams should check agreements and compliance banners before inviting testers or submitting. Paid apps bring tax and banking setup into the picture;

free apps still need the right agreements and role permissions. Do not upload forged documents or edit legal entity details just to clear a banner—use the official verification path and ask Apple Developer Support when the console wording is unclear. Which agreement banner is still showing as expired or pending in App Store Connect?

Screenshot it, note the timestamp, and fix that before you touch app metadata. Searches for "buy Apple developer account" or "purchase Apple Developer account" usually mix official enrollment with third-party inventory. Keep those ledgers separate: Apple's public fees are official program fees, not a seller's inventory price. For GuGeDev stock, live inventory and pricing are confirmed only on Telegram @google898;

official public fees are not our selling price. Are you comparing an official Apple fee with a third-party inventory quote for the same membership type?

If the answer is unclear, do not send documents or payment until the membership type and transfer path are confirmed in writing, and remember that third-party inventory is not a substitute for Apple's identity verification. Before you submit, run a pre-submit checklist: active membership, correct Account Holder or Admin role, accepted agreements, processed build, export compliance, privacy policy URL, age rating, screenshots, and a demo account if review needs one. Then re-open the same console pages after any success toast and verify live status. Have you re-opened the same App Store Connect page after the change and confirmed the status is live?

If not, you have a success message, not a verified result. If the console still blocks you, collect the page path, exact error, timestamp, Apple ID role, and membership type, then contact Apple Developer Support. Cross-check the official help wording against your logged-in console instead of trusting a blog post or a forwarded screenshot. What exact page and timestamp will you include in your support request?

That record is what turns "registration is broken" into a fixable ticket.
