Which console should you open first after an App Store submission is rejected?

Start with App Store Connect because that is where the app record, uploaded build, TestFlight status, submission history, and reviewer message live. Save the exact rejection text, the app name, the version and build number, and the date and time before editing anything. Take screenshots too. The wording usually points to the next action: a metadata comment belongs to the app record, a build comment belongs to the uploaded binary, and an account message sends you to membership, agreements, roles, or legal-entity details. Do not recreate the app or upload another build simply to test the system;

that can make the history harder to read and does not answer the recorded issue. Is the developer membership an individual account or an organization account?

Open the account pages on developer.apple.com and compare the membership type shown there with the legal entity and public account profile you intended to use. Individual and organization memberships are both valid ways to distribute apps;

the distinction mainly determines how the account holder is identified and what enrollment information must be completed. It does not create an easier or stricter App Review route by itself. If you are an organization, resolve any outstanding organization or legal-entity request visible in the console. If you are an individual, confirm that the account profile is not waiting on identity or enrollment information. The key boundary is simple: do not change the account model to fix an ordinary listing or binary rejection. Should you buy an Apple Developer account when the real problem is a rejected app?

First check whether your current enrollment, agreements, and user roles are already valid. Searches for buy Apple Developer account or purchase Apple Developer account often mix two different things: official program enrollment and third-party account inventory. Treat Apple's published program information and fee as the source for official membership pricing. For GuGeDev, live inventory and pricing are confirmed only on Telegram @google898;

those quotes are separate from Apple's official public fee and are not proof that a particular account is active, in good standing, or able to resolve your rejection. Validate account status in the official console rather than relying on a seller screenshot or promise. What is the safe order for fixing the rejection?

Work from account eligibility to the app record, then to the build and testing, and only then to the review response. In the Apple Developer account, confirm active enrollment, current agreements, the legal entity, the Account Holder or Admin status where relevant, and the access of the person submitting the build. In App Store Connect, open the affected app and verify its name, identifiers, category, age rating, privacy answers, review notes, and required attachments against the rejection text. Resolve one blocker at a time and record what changed. This order prevents a polished app record from being uploaded while the account itself is still blocked. Does the rejection concern the listing or the binary?

A metadata issue usually asks you to correct information that customers see or declarations attached to the app record, such as descriptions, screenshots, privacy details, or review information. A binary issue concerns the submitted build and its behavior, while an account issue concerns enrollment, identity, agreements, or permissions. Use the labels and comments displayed in App Store Connect rather than guessing from a generic error. A build that uploads successfully or passes your TestFlight group is still only a testing result, not App Review approval. TestFlight can help you verify a candidate build, but it does not replace checking the review guidelines or the reviewer's specific request. Is the TestFlight build ready for a new submission?

Open the build's details and compare its version and build number with the version you plan to submit. Confirm that it completed processing, that signing and distribution settings are valid for its platform, and that the build includes the changes requested by the reviewer. Test the same flow on a clean device or the configurations your team supports, and check crash reports and tester feedback for signs of the reported behavior. If the reviewer asked for an explanation instead of a code change, do not make an unrelated upload just to appear responsive. Keep the old build until the revised build and response have both been checked. What should the review reply state?

Begin with the reviewer's exact concern or guideline reference, explain the concrete correction, and identify where the team can verify it in the app. For a metadata request, name the changed fields. For a behavior request, describe the user path and the result of testing. For an account or document request, say which enrollment item has been completed, but do not place private identity documents in an ordinary review message unless Apple provides a secure route and asks for them there. Upload only the evidence requested, keep sensitive data out of screenshots, and use the App Store Connect reply function so the answer remains attached to the correct app and submission. Is the submission ready after all fixes are visible?

Run this pre-submit checklist: the Apple Developer Program enrollment is active and agreements are current; the correct person has the required access;

the account type matches your legal entity and publishing plan; the app record has no unresolved metadata or privacy items; the selected build has processed and passed your own tests;

the version and build number are correct; reviewer notes and requested attachments are ready;

and every account request is cleared. Re-open each relevant page after saving because a temporary success message does not prove the final state. Submit, then monitor App Store Connect for a new status or reviewer response. If the wording still points to an account issue, return to the Developer account console before changing the app again.
