GuGeDev开发者账号指南Google Play…账号验收清单@google898When a company is preparing to develop and publish a Google Play app, the biggest obstacle is often not the registration form, but the account type, organization identity verification, closed-testing requirements, and any later transfer. Although both are called developer accounts, personal and organization accounts differ in features, verification documents, and collaboration options. First, decide whether you need a personal account or an organization account. A personal account is intended for individual developers. An organization account belongs to a company or institution and, after completing the required identity verification, allows the store to display the organization's name. Administrators can also invite members to collaborate in Play Console. If a company needs centralized management of its apps and members, select Organization during registration to avoid handling the account as an individual later. If organization verification fails, do not immediately resubmit the same set of documents. First check whether the information in the dashboard notice matches the company's exact legal name, registered address, contact identity, website, or domain. Also confirm that every document is clear, complete, and still valid. Document requirements may vary by region and entity, so use the latest checklist shown on the organization creation page and in the verification email. If authorization is missing or the content is unclear, provide genuine additional documents rather than using evidence belonging to another party. A registration rejection should also be assessed according to where it occurred. If the account has already been created but the organization identity or information was not approved, focus on correcting or resubmitting the materials as requested. If the failure occurred during payment, account creation, or the policy check, separately review the payment result, the original notice, and the account status. Do not interpret every rejection as an account suspension, and never use fabricated business licenses, forged authorization letters, or bulk registration to evade review. After a developer account has been suspended, the appeal cannot rely on a single generic response. First save the suspension notice and distinguish whether it concerns an account restriction, an app violation, or a specific testing requirement. Then submit an explanation and supporting evidence through the official entry point displayed in Play Console. The response should address the dates, app, violation type, and corrective measures stated in the notice, and all evidence must be verifiable. Without a notice supporting the case, no one can guarantee the appeal result. Do not purchase so-called unblocking packages to circumvent the platform's review process. Changing the entity associated with an account is not one standardized operation. It may involve the Play Console administrator, developer profile, payment information, or the entity that owns an app, and none of these is handled by simply changing the login password. Before a transaction, ask the service provider to list the scope of the changes. Confirm whether the new entity can take over, whether the transfer will trigger re-verification, and whether the original administrator's two-factor authentication and email access will remain. For ownership changes, follow the officially permitted process, and do not give your password, verification codes, or recovery keys to an individual. Official fees and market quotations are not the same thing. A Google Play developer account requires a one-time registration fee. Google's public information commonly lists an amount of approximately USD 25, which is not an annual membership renewal fee. The registration fee may be displayed in a different currency, so the payment currency, amount, and available payment methods should be confirmed on the current registration page. Before paying, also check any local tax or payment notices displayed on the page. Testing requirements before a production release are also frequently mistaken for a registration failure. Google Play provides internal testing, closed testing, and open testing. Some newer personal accounts may receive closed-testing requirements before they can release to all users. The community often mentions approximately 12 testers for around 14 consecutive days, but the number of testers, duration, and applicable conditions may change. Always follow the current notice in Play Console. Testing must be genuinely completed, and there is no compliant way to skip it. When buying an account, what sellers in the market often call a "clean account" generally refers to an organization account that has not been linked to an app already listed on Google Play. This is not an official Google status. When requesting a quotation, specify either an "organization account with no listed apps" or an "organization account with linked apps," and ask about its organization verification status, number of linked apps, existing restrictions, and ability to complete the agreed ownership change. Google's official registration fee does not include platform review services. Claims of "available stock" and transaction prices made by online customer service are third-party service information and should be verified separately rather than presented as Google promises. Before placing an order, use a checklist for acceptance: confirm whether it is a personal or organization account, the region, the company's legal entity name, whether any apps are already linked, whether verification is complete, and whether there are pending testing requirements or account restrictions. Ask the seller to answer each item in writing. After receiving the account, log into the official console independently and inspect the information and status;
do not rely only on product screenshots. If you cannot enter Play Console, must continue relying on the original administrator, or find that the account information does not match what was promised, the transaction should not be considered complete.
