If registration, sign-in, payment, or release is blocked, first record the current page URL, the exact on-screen message, and the time of the action. developer.apple.com account handles membership, teams, and certificate identifiers;

App Store Connect handles app records, builds, TestFlight, and submission status. Confirm which Apple ID and team you are signed in to, then determine whether the problem belongs to membership, the app, or review. Treating a membership issue as a review issue and changing the app materials often wastes effort. The distinction between individual and organization accounts must be understood at the enrollment stage. The Program Enrollment page lists the eligible organization types. Individuals complete verification under their own identity, while organizations need legal-entity documents, a D-U-N-S Number, and an authorized representative who can act for the company. Check that the company's registered legal name and address match its D-U-N-S record rather than waiting for the application to be returned. The official membership fee is the amount displayed on the Membership page. Any price quoted by a service provider's online support is a commercial quote, so record official fees and provider quotes in separate columns. Telegram inventory quotes are not Apple's official membership fees. Before registering, place all required materials in one folder: an email address and phone number that can receive verification codes, a two-factor authentication device, identity documents, proof of the organization entity, D-U-N-S information for organizations, and the Apple IDs and proposed roles of members to be invited. The Account Holder must be able to sign agreements and receive an Account Holder transfer. Review team permissions on the People or Roles and Access page. First confirm who has the Admin role and who will handle financial and billing tasks, so no one is left unable to handle the agreements after registration. Follow the sequence indicated by the account status: sign in with your Apple ID and enable two-factor authentication, enter Program Enrollment and submit the enrollment application, complete identity verification, and accept the developer agreement. Then complete any outstanding agreements, tax information, and banking information in App Store Connect before inviting members and assigning their roles. After each step, return to the account home page and check the Membership status instead of relying only on a submission-success message. If identity verification is returned, provide the requested materials according to the original instructions. Do not resubmit the same unclear or blurry document. When purchasing an Apple developer account or arranging claimed ready-stock delivery, check account ownership and backend actions separately. An Account Holder transfer must follow Apple's official Transfer the Account Holder role process. For third-party delivery, confirm that the new Account Holder can see the team in the backend, control two-factor authentication and the recovery method, and that the invoice name matches the intended account. Never try to bypass verification with a forged identity, a forged D-U-N-S record, or another person completing face verification on your behalf. Record the provider's promised delivery time and commercial quote separately from Apple's official membership fee. Need help purchasing an Apple developer account or arranging ready-stock delivery?

Contact Telegram @google898. Being able to sign in does not mean the app is ready for delivery. In App Store Connect, check each item: whether the agreements remain active, whether all privacy information is complete, whether the store listing and screenshots match the version, whether the build has finished processing, whether the TestFlight group contains the correct build, and whether the Review page still has pending tasks. Personal and organization accounts display different developer names in App Information. Verify the name on that page before submission rather than discovering the incorrect entity during review. Before submitting, create a checklist covering the following: active Membership, agreement status, the current operator's role, build number and processing status, privacy policy link, store listing materials, devices and provisioning profiles if used, and pending transfer or invitation acceptance actions. For organization accounts, also verify the D-U-N-S entity information and company documents. For every item, record the page where you saw it and the exact status shown, rather than writing only that it has been handled. If the current role does not have sufficient permissions, add the required access on the team page before continuing with the submission. After completing the operation, sign in again and verify the actual status. On the Membership page, check the validity period and team. In App Store Connect, check the version, build, and review status. For a transfer, confirm that the new team can access the apps and certificates. For testing, confirm that the target build appears in the relevant group. Keep the verification time, the operator's identity, and the exact page messages. If the backend status conflicts with a verbal commitment, rely on the page visible after signing in, then decide whether additional materials or the support channel are needed.
