Singapore Google Developer Accounts: Google Personal Developer and Google Play Personal Accounts Telegram @google898
A practical guide to Singapore Google developer accounts: check the account region in Play Console, follow the correct workflow, and review key requirements before submission.

GuGeDev开发者账号指南新加坡 · 个人开发者账号注册上架 · 常见问题@google898First Confirm the Scope When handling a Singapore Google developer account, Google personal developer account, or Google Play personal account, do not rush to change information or submit again. Review the notices on the current page, the account owner, and the feature being used together. This usually helps you quickly determine whether the issue concerns registration, verification, testing, or release. ## Relevant Play Console Sections The account profile, testing tracks, policy status, and release overview in Play Console each serve a different purpose. Start with Release overview and Policy status to check outstanding tasks, then open the relevant page to handle them. Do not rely on external screenshots alone. ## Where the Issue Usually Gets Stuck Testing requirements should be based on the track and release overview in that account's Play Console. Internal, closed, and open testing have different participation requirements. Before meeting the requirements for production release, check whether the testers, build versions, and pending tasks on the relevant pages are complete. ## Pre-Submission Checklist Before starting, make four checks: you are signed in to the correct owner account;
Release overview shows no missed tasks; the app and store listing use the same account holder or organization;
and you have saved the current error message. If organization verification or app migration is involved, confirm that both parties have the required permissions before continuing. ## Keep Account Holder Details Consistent Review the app details, developer account details, and payment information separately. If the content shown on the store listing, privacy policy link, Data safety form, and the app's actual functionality do not match, new pending tasks may appear after submission even if the account status is normal. ## Practical Operation Order In Play Console, first open Testing for the target app and determine whether you are using Internal testing, Closed testing, or Open testing. Then check the tester list or Google groups, test build, and testing opt-in link. For personal developer accounts created after November 13, 2023, Google requires completion of closed testing before applying for production release. Play Console determines the conditions and provides the application entry point based on the number of participants, testing duration, and application questions. ## Keep a Reviewable Record Save screenshots of the release overview, testing track, current version number, policy notices, and identity verification status. Record who performed each action and when. If the status changes or the work needs to be handed over, you can return to the corresponding page and verify the information directly instead of relying only on a verbal description. ## Confirm the Final Status After completing the operation, return to Release overview and check again whether any incomplete tasks remain, whether the target version is correct, and whether the relevant members have access permissions. When the status has just updated, do not repeatedly submit. Wait for Play Console to provide the next instruction. ## Do Not Mix These Concepts Do not treat the registration fee, account type, testing track, and policy status as one issue. They are managed on different pages, and the explicit requirements displayed in Play Console should determine your next action.
