GuGeDev苹果开发者指南How to Choo…App Store · 会员与交付@google898When purchasing a ready-to-deliver Apple Developer account, first check the membership, developer profile, and team permissions on the Account page of the Apple Developer website, then check apps, testing, builds, and release status in App Store Connect. Apple Developer primarily manages membership eligibility, identity verification, D-U-N-S information, team members, roles, and Account Holder transfers. App Store Connect primarily manages app records, TestFlight, build versions, agreements, store listing information, and review tasks. These two systems perform different functions, so a screenshot of the membership page cannot replace acceptance testing for app delivery. Choose between a personal account and an organization account based on the entity that will actually publish the apps. A personal account enrolls in the Apple Developer Program under an individual's identity. An organization account corresponds to an organizational entity and normally requires verification of the organization name, authorized representative, D-U-N-S information, and related validation requirements. If the actual publisher is a company but the recipient initially receives a personal account, the organization details or entity may later need to be updated according to Apple's stated process. Buying a personal account does not automatically provide organization status, and specifying company use only in a chat conversation is not sufficient. Before placing an order, ask the seller to specify the account type, membership expiration date, entity associated with the Account Holder, existing team members, number of apps, and delivery method. One easily overlooked point is that apps and certificate resources may need to be verified separately. Completing the account transfer does not mean that existing App IDs, provisioning profiles, keys, or App Store Connect app records will automatically appear under the new entity. It is more reliable to require the seller to display the relevant live pages during delivery than to provide a screenshot of an unknown age. The parties can also agree on how to handle an entity mismatch, expired membership, or missing permissions. Fees must be confirmed as two separate items. Apple's official membership fee is determined by the Membership Program enrollment page displayed on Apple Developer. An amount quoted by online customer support or an intermediary is a service charge that may cover consultation, configuration, or delivery assistance and must not be described as Apple's official fee. Before payment, ask the other party to list the basis for the official fee separately from the service items, validity period, and refund conditions. Retain screenshots of the relevant pages and records of communications. Any fee not displayed by Apple should not be filled in orally by the seller. Actual delivery should be checked in the following order: membership eligibility, entity information, team permissions, and app resources. In Apple Developer, review Membership, the developer profile, member list, and role status, and confirm that the Account Holder is an account the recipient can use. When an existing team must be transferred, follow Apple's official Account Holder transfer process and have both the outgoing Account Holder and the recipient confirm the transfer while logged into their own accounts. It is not sufficient to hand over an ordinary team member's account or a chat screenshot. The recipient should then log in with an Apple Account they control, enable two-factor authentication, and verify the organization information, contact details, and team members. If the former Account Holder no longer needs access, remove that person promptly. Whether the apps can be used and whether they can be submitted for review must be verified separately in App Store Connect. Open the Apps page to confirm each app's name, identifier, and team, then review TestFlight groups, build numbers, version status, agreements, privacy information, store listing details, and pending review tasks. For testing functions, follow only the test groups and review requirements displayed in App Store Connect;
do not use fabricated feedback or forged materials. Developer certificates, App IDs, and provisioning profiles should be checked under Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles in Apple Developer. Delivering an account that can be logged into does not mean every app is ready for submission. Perform one final independent acceptance check before submitting anything. Log in again using the recipient's account and confirm that the membership is still valid, the Account Holder role is correct, and team members have no unnecessary permissions. Open each app, build, and version page that is supposed to be delivered. For an account with no apps, record the current app list as the delivery baseline so that pre-existing residual apps are not mistaken for newly delivered content. If the entity, permissions, or app status does not match what was agreed, pause further submissions and use the support channel in the relevant developer system. Do not use a shared master password, bypass identity verification, or fabricate materials to conceal discrepancies.
