GuGeDev explains how to separate a Play Protect alert from account, testing, release, and listing issues, verify Personal or Organization account ownership, follow Play Console and App Store Connect in a safe order, and prepare a dual-platf

An Android security alert should start in Play Console, not in a generic troubleshooting forum, because Play Protect can flag a local APK, a build in Google Play, or an account or release issue in ways that require different responses. App Store Connect is a separate destination for the iOS build and should not be treated as evidence about the Android warning. Save the exact wording and a screenshot, then record the package name, version name and version code, upload time, test device and Android version, and the location where the warning appeared. What exact warning is visible at its source?

Next, verify the developer account before touching the app. Google Play Console has Personal and Organization account types, and the console will show what verification and display details apply. An organization account can show the organization name and support invited team members, but its creation and verification require truthful documents for the actual company or institution. Google’s public registration fee is a one-time charge commonly listed at about US$25 rather than an annual membership fee;

the currency and exact amount displayed at registration are authoritative. Is the current account owned by the entity named in its verification record and store listing?

A “Google Play developer account for sale” should be evaluated like any other ownership transfer, not as a shortcut around verification. Ask the seller to state whether the account is Personal or Organization, whether it has ever published an app, how many apps or testers are attached, whether organization verification is complete, and what official transfer or re-verification steps will occur in your name. Do not accept borrowed credentials, documents belonging to another business, or a promise that a newly packaged build can make Play Protect stop warning. For GuGeDev inventory, the current availability and selling quote are confirmed only on Telegram @google898;

that quote is separate from Google’s official registration fee. What is the written ownership and transfer plan for the account?

Some newer Personal accounts see a closed-testing task before they can open production to everyone. You may hear “12 testers for 14 days,” but the community shorthand is not a universal rule: the tester count, duration, account category, region, and eligibility must come from the live Release overview and testing-track screens in Play Console. Complete the test with genuine participants, correct opt-in, usable builds, and the required observation period, and keep the track evidence available for review. There is no compliant shortcut for skipping a requirement that the console still displays. What exact closed-testing requirement does your Play Console currently show?

Use a safe order: owner login, account type, identity or organization verification, Release overview todos, testing track, production access, app integrity, listing assets, and only then submission. Do not polish screenshots while an account or testing prerequisite is unresolved. For a dual-platform release, Google Play and Apple are separate ecosystems: a Play Console account does not cover App Store Connect, and each platform needs its own agreements, app identifier, signing setup, review submission, and store-specific declarations. Check Play Console first for the Play Protect issue and Google prerequisites, then App Store Connect for Apple enrollment, TestFlight, certificates, profiles, privacy details, and review. Which prerequisite is currently blocking the release?

After account and release access are in order, inspect the artifact rather than merely renaming or repackaging it. Reproduce the warning with the exact build, verify the package ID, version code, signing certificate, permissions, bundled SDKs, trackers, ad endpoints, download prompts, and remote URLs, and compare the result with the version uploaded to Play Console. Open the app’s integrity, security, publish, and enforcement information where available;

if the alert appears only on a sideloaded APK, it may reflect source or reputation risk that a store release does not yet have, while a Play Store alert may point to a specific console finding. Fix the underlying indicators, use the console’s review or appeal route if one is offered, and never disable device protection or use forged documents to hide the result. What exact app-integrity or publish status does the console report?

Build one release brief for the Android and iOS versions so the two listings describe the same service without pretending their native features are identical. Align the app name, core function, screenshots, icon, category, support contact, privacy-policy URL, account-deletion route, subscription and advertising disclosures, age ratings, content rights, permission explanations, and data declarations. Google Play’s Data safety form and App Store Connect’s privacy and App Privacy details use different fields, so verify each answer independently instead of copying text mechanically. Also check that every login, payment, subscription, and restoration path works on each store build, and that tester links and invitation steps do not lead to an unofficial APK. Which claims, permissions, and account flows must match exactly across both store reviews?

If you use a professional listing-submission service, put account ownership and handoff in the scope document. The contract should identify who creates and owns the account, who completes organization verification, which listing assets are included, who approves store copy, what access the service receives, and whether credentials, source files, signing materials, and listing administration transfer back to you. The safer model is a client-owned account with narrowly granted access and a deliberate removal of agency users after release, rather than an account that disappears with the vendor. Keep official public fees, agency service fees, and Telegram inventory quotes in separate lines, then re-open the same console pages after submission and verify the durable release status instead of trusting a success toast. For GuGeDev’s current service or account quote, use Telegram @google898. Who will own the account after delivery?
